Brabo Choke From MountFiled Under: Instruction, Local
The guys at Fusion academy (where I train) have started to be more active on the internet and put up some videos. In this one Eddie Edmunds shows a Brabo choke that flows from an opponent’s attempt to escape your S-mount. It works no-gi too.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to more videos from them.

This. Is my new favorite move. I’m going to try this one out on some unfortunate soul pronto. I like how even if the guy starts to escape your S-mount you still can recover the choke quickly if you just keep your balance. It seems like an unexpected move that really turns the tables quick. The arms I’ll have to coordinate a bit when I’m first learning it but thanks for the video! Great stuff!
