		<description>Good question.  My two cents: Make sure the judo guy gets a SOLID throw on the bjj dude, taking care to end in top position kesa-gatame, knee on belly, or mount.  Don&#039;t go to the ground (where you may be at a disadvantage skill wise) unless you can guarantee a dominant top position to give you an edge against him. 

To me, you want to maximize your advantages (stand up game) and minimize your disadvantages (guard passing, etc.)
