		<description>The exercises I think help the most with Punching Power are:
1. Full Contact Twists
2. Cable Resistence Punches
3. Uppercuts and Hooks while holding Dumbbells
4. Explosive Saxin Side Bends
5. One Arm Dumbbell Push Press and Military Presses

If you worked these into your routine I just don&#039;t see how you couldn&#039;t get Strong and Explosive Punches.</description>
