		<description>Practice fighting with the methods you described is perfect. Practicing these types of routines will help train your &#039;subliminal&#039; brain and you wouldn&#039;t believe how much easier things get once that side is trained. Alot of the techniques you described I dealt with in my Hagganah course.</description>
