Some of us are enjoying spring break by training more, some by working on their tans. Either way, a much need break from the usual.

I am actually from West Jordan just south of Salt Lake Great to see Somebody else from Utah ON this great “world wide web”
Anyways Cute video, I showed it to my girlfriend and I think she watched it like 10 times then emailed the link to some of her friends also. Looking forward to checking out the rest of your site.

The very first point made is that safety comes first. Not only do I agree with this, but thankfully was party to how that played out. I hurt my back over the weekend midway through class and was supported in my decision to come and observe, but not participate in class and risk further injury. The positive and supportive attitude of our coach, not to mention his obvious skill regarding the techniques shown throughout the semester has made this by far the most enjoyable class I’ve taken, and look forward to more instruction in the future.
