		<description>Heidi - If you have a sensitive stomach, I think this would make this worse.  For me, I had no problems with indigestion/stomach aches. However, depending on what you decide to eat and how you decide to hydrate, there may be some discomfort when it comes to pooping.

Littece - I know the author makes some concessions about eating small amounts of protein during the day - it is tough without them.</description>

		<description>i started skipping breakfast 4 days ago- when i get overwhelmed w/ hunger by 1pm- i make myself a small salad and eat a small piece of chicken (like 2 or 3 small bites) around 3 or 4pm- then i can make it to supper w/out suffering :)</description>

		<description>I want to suggest this to my boyfriend. But wouldn&#039;t this diet cause him stomachaches or indigestion? I mean, nothing on your stomach the whole day then eat as many as you can at night.

		<description>i have tried this diet and found it extremely hard going as im up at 6 finish at 4 and go straight to the gym by the time lunch hit i was done.what if you workout early in the day should you not eat a post workout meal.personally i need some carbs before i lift weights or its not worth lifting coz i dont have the fuel in the furnace.</description>
